About me
I am a computer engineer. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in the Knowledge Management in Bioinformatics group in Humbold Universty of Berlin, supervised by Prof. Ulf Leser.
I received my diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After that, I worked at Geekbot building and deploying knowledge graphs using machine learning and natural language processing.
My current research, which is part of the Collaborative Research Center FONDA and funded by the DFG, revolves around methods and tools for enabling efficient log management and monitoring of scientic workflows.
